ABOUT
I am a postdoctoral researcher working on spectral modeling of thermonuclear supernovae, using radiative transfer codes such as TARDIS. I am currently interested in non-thermal processes and late time energy deposition in supernovae. I am also interested in exotic stellar explosions which defy known explosion models.
RESEARCH
One-zone and multi-zone NLTE codes for the late-time spectra of Type Ia supernovae, built to replace legacy nebular codes.
Observing not so normal thermonuclear explosions and understanding how they can explode.
Looking into LSST data to find faint emission from explosions.
Presence of He in stripped envelope stars.
Host galaxies of superluminous supernovae.
COSI gamma-ray spectra of supernovae.
